Mission Statement

The Chesterfield County Domestic Violence Task Force is a coalition of agencies and concerned citizens dedicated to providing leadership in preventing and responding to domestic violence in our community.

The goals of the Task Force are to:

  • Advocate for intervention and prevention activities that will decrease incidents of domestic violence;
  • Promote safety and justice for those already affected by domestic violence;
  • Educate and train people in our community in order to promote greater awareness and understanding of domestic violence.

Meetings

  • We meet on the fourth Monday of every other month.
  • Business meetings will be held from 3 until 5 p.m.

Training

We provide (free) community training on domestic and sexual violence related issues. These trainings will be held on the following dates. Call for topics and locations.
